400 Friends and NOT one "Like" ????
Listen, I can not tell you how frustrating it is or how disappointed I am that a post or should I say a "recommendation" on Facebook can not generate at least one person stopping, checking out and "Liking" a certain page. A post was made on Facebook to check out the Facebook page of "Free Don Miller" and "please" "Like" the page. It currently has 16 "Likes" but needs a total of 25 to secure the name and make it easy for people to find. Out of the 400 people it was sent to....NOT 1 Person clicked "Like" on the page! Totally disgusting!
People, I guess out of sight, out of mind really means something here. This man has spent 14 years plus in prison for a crime that never happened and as long as it does not directly involve you or me, then why should we give a shit if Don Miller spends another 28 years behind bars! Well I will tell you one thing, I sure as shit hope none of you on my friends list or anyone of your loved ones ever gets wrongly accused and convicted for a crime you never committed because....Hey! I may "Like" your Facebook page if I can make the time to get to it!
A handful of people can not do this alone but a community of outraged citizens can do wonders. Please join the crew of the Hard Drive as we try to bring more national attention to this case. If Connie Vargovich would like to come on the story and explain the lies that she told in court, we would be more than happy to allow her as much time to convince us we are wrong. Let me guess, Connie Vargovich will never take me up on this offer. Sit down with me Connie on the air just one night and tell me the truth and I promise you, I will never mention your name again. Promise.

Hey Underground Hard Drive Readers, This is Bob Green. Maybe you have heard me on the Underground Hard Drive Show, Monday through Thursday at 9pm on BlogTalkRadio.
A month ago I had no idea who Don Miller was. I went about my life with my own problems. I couldn't tell you where I was when the trial was going on. I couldn't tell you what I was doing when the verdict was read. My life has had it's ups and downs during the time that Don has been in prison.
Something has changed in me since I first began researching this case. My prospective on life has changed. My ability to whine about lifes daily troubles, aches and pains has diminished.
Everything about this case wrong. This is not another prisoner claiming he is" not guilty ". No one can read the information on freedonmiller.com and come away from it feeling that justice was served.
I will continue to think about this case. I will continue to research this case. This case has, and always will have a profound impact on my life.

Tell the truth Connie Vargovich!!!!!
It's been a long time, seriously long time. Connie Vargovich made a claim against her live in boyfriend at the time, Don Miller of rape. Connie was extremely bitter that Don no longer wanted to put up with the bullshit she was dishing out. We don't even really need to go in to it at all. It's all documented at www.freedonmiller.com with the document entitled "Anatomy of a Wrongful Conviction". While you are there, check out a couple of other documents worth the read: "Inconsistencies of Connie Vargovich" and also "The Undisputed Facts". Hey! Don't take my word for it, read these three articles and make a judgement on your own. I promise that after you read any one of these documents it will piss you off and anger you. If it doesn't, than there has to be something seriously wrong with you. Don has been sentenced to 42 years in prison and has already served 14. He was told to turn in his papers for a pardon from Gov. Walker and that doing such a thing could quite possibly end his sentence right now but does not erase the felony conviction. Don chooses not to. He wants to be exonerated of this vicious lie. Now correct me if I am wrong.....wouldn't any guilty man jump at this opportunity? I think so.
Please for those of you about to tell me how insensitive I am being about a "rape victim" or a "rape crime", I do feel bad and have compassion for true victims and my heart goes out to them but please keep in mind that Connie has made this accusation before against other men even sending one to prison for 5 years. Even women out there reading this should be angry as hell!
I last heard that Connie was living in Union City, MI but who knows if she is still living there. I would imagine that every where you go, some way some how people find out about you and who you truly are and you have to keep moving on. For all my friends in the Union City, MI area, if you know Connie, please ask her to "Tell the Truth" and tell her to please contact the Underground Hard Drive for a chance to come on the show live and tell her side of the story. It's time to stop this "injustice"! I call on all citizens of Northern Wisconsin and the U.P of Michigan to stand up and demand justices for Don Miller. I for one will not rest until Connie Vargovich spends time in prison the exact same amount of time that Don does.

As I dig deeper into the site www.freedonmiller.com I come up with more and more questions. After being on the road all week for work and broadcasting the Underground Hard Drive Show from on the road, questions just keep on flowing and I am hoping you fellow "terabyte's" out there can help fill in the blanks. Seeing as this blog only allows me to type so many words per post, I can see that I will have to post many times in order to ask all my questions. So for that....I apologize to you the reader.
Where the hell is Dr. E Lanny Robins? 
This is the doctor who performed the examination of Connie Vargovich when she claimed she was raped. This expert's testimony pretty much convicted Don of rape! Dr. Robins stated that "his assessment of arm and leg bruising as being sufficient evidence upon which to assert sexual assault to a reasonable degree of medical certainty...." What?????

What?????Adult sexual assault is comprised of two elements:
1. Sexual Contact
2. No Consent to that contact.
Dr. Robins had no first hand knowledge regarding the consent, and discovered no medical evidence of any sexual contact! Basically, there was no tearing, abrasions of the private parts and guess what....NO SPERM!!!!! No rape kit was was admitted into court! What a freakin' genius!
Now the judge Patrick Madden who was having a fling with the victim at the time of the trial, was also serving on the Board of Directors of Grand View Hospital where Dr. Robins worked. Doesn't that make Judge Patrick Madden one of his bosses?
I invite Dr. E Lanny Robins to join me on the Underground Hard Drive Radio Show to tell us in his own words, why he was fired from Grand View Hospital and if he truly wants to stick to his expert opinion on this case. By the way, I hear he is working in Park Falls, Wisconsin at the Park Falls Center. This case stinks and the people of Wisconsin should be outraged!

It has been awhile since I commented on the issue's in other blog's regarding the situation going on in the little town of Hurley,Wisconsin. We have a man, I shall call him Don Miller, sent to prison in excess of 40 years for the rape of his live-in girlfriend at the time, I shall call her Connie Vargovich. A very interesting case. If you visit the website www.freemyfather.com , www.freedonmiller.comor www.freedonmiller.net . You can get the idea of what is going on. From the website, I can see Don had posted an update, very vague to say the least but an update none the less. From what I understand he has lawyers and investigators working on the case and is unable to give much of an update. I have a hard time swallowing this pill as to what is happening.There are people out there with information regarding this but I have a hard time understanding why so many people are keeping their mouth shut.Listen, I wasn't at the trial, I wasn't on the jury, hell, He May Have Done It!!!! Take the time and look through these websites and soak in al the information that it is providing. Look at the facts! That's allI am saying! Look at the facts! Things do not add up! It truly is hard to think that Don hasn't been railroaded. I understand he was denied parole in 2008, only on the recommendation of the DA and Connie.I understand the judge in the case even suggested it should be looked atand the information on the judge in this case is scary at best. Is he still the judge in Iron County? Is Lipske still the DA?
There is some pretty damning papers being posted. Were all these documents available at the trial or was all this after fact? I will admit that it doesn't look good for the courts. What about the jury? Who were they? Were they sleeping during court? Why aren't they speaking out now? Somebody knows who they are. Why are there no comments or interviews with the jurors being posted on the site. I would think that this should be easy to do. Talk to the jury, get their comments about the trial, the situation at the time, the situation now. Would they do something different? I don't know. In case nobody has noticed, it kind of seems that it has gone flat. This is no good for no one involved, especially Don. When I first posted my first comments regarding this situation we received an enormous amount of outrage, but all I can do is direct them to the site. But the same e-mails keep coming back.....no one is talking or replying to our questions. Where can I get some questions answered? Our blog will soon be hittng the net as a "Podcast". I would like to do an entire show on this subject but I need people willing totalk. I need key people involved willing to come on the show. I would like to bring the judge on or the D.A. or the Sheriff. Is it possible that they would come on for an interview? Probably not, but they would have their chance to speak their side of the story. Is it possible to go visit Don and sit down fora one on one? I am not hearing any noise people. You need to get angry.You need to get a voice and make it heard. Hurley doesn't need or want thistype of publicity. Remember the "ShowBar" fiascal? I do. Did not look good for Hurley.
For the record, I am not saying the court system is corrupt, butthe documents posted on the website do make things look fishy. I have many other questions but won't bore you with them now. Folks, I get a ton of e-mails on the issue but people seem to have a problem posting their thoughts. Sack up. Post 'em. That's what this blog is for. Let's make some noise. Let's see what the power of numbers can do. Just look at what freeway bloggers did. They are a pain in the ass but hell, there getting their message out there. The ball is in your court. I'm Out!
Casey Anthony........Not Guilty????
This has to be one of the worst cases of our justice system gone wrong. I know, I know people are claiming that the jury did the best with what they had to deal with. But you know what I say...Bull Shit! How in the hell can you convict on 4 charges of lying to the police but can get acquitted on murder, child negligence and negligent manslaughter? You people are nuts to sit here and tell me that this bitch is not guilty of at least child neglect or negligent manslaughter! True, I do not believe that Caylee died in an accidental drowning in the pool. I truly believe that Caylee was drugged, mouth taped shut, just in case she woke up in the trunk and started screaming, no one would hear her. No Casey wanted to party, party and party some more and didn't want to hire a babysitter or look bad to her parents because she was a terrible mother. Let's just drug the kid and tape her mouth shut and let the trunk of the car be the babysitter. What a bitch!
This is why I believe you should have to take some sort of maturity test or common sense test to be a parent. I know....I hear it already...how do you keep the legs shut of some white trash bitch like Casey Anthony? I hear the book deals coming, the movie offers and reality tv coming already. Hey! Maybe even a photo shoot in Playboy or a porno! I hope you contract aids you bitch! When the hoopla dies down over this, I see Casey getting her mug back in the press by organizing some sort of memorial for Caylee.
This whole thing sickens me and disgusts me because Caylee will never get justice! This jury got in wrong!

Chinese Buffet...."It's just chicken!"
Have you eaten at a chinese buffet? I gotta think that most people have. How many different ways can you cook chicken? At the vary most I would think 3 or 4. Not even close! These people have figured out that you can provide chicken in about a 100 different ways! Let me tell you about my experience eating at a chinese buffet and getting kicked out and never allowed to go back...........
It was a warm summer evening and my wife and I are heading to town to eat at the chinese buffet and then shoot over to Walmart. Perfect night out....chinese buffet and shopping at Walmart. Sounds like I'm from Kentucky right? No...Wisconsin...same thing. Don't know what I needed at Walmart and for this part of the story it's not even really relevant to the story. Anyways..were heading to town to have dinner at the chinese buffet. We walk in and these are real chinese people that are there. Their english is terrible and they really have no sense of humor at all, unless they were faking and fully understood everything I was trying to say. The hostess was hot and I was trying to make conversation. After my wife punches me in the chest we were escorted to our table.
Immediately when we sit down, about 6 different little chinese people run to the table dropping off glasses of water, silverware, napkins etc. Waitress finally shows up to see what we would like to order for dinner...seriously? It's a buffet lady!
We stroll up to the buffet....WTF! What a selection! Chicken! Freakin' Chicken 40 different ways! I shit you not! There was chicken skewered, chicken curled, popcorn chicken, peanut chicken...(what the hell is peanut chicken?), red chicken, yellow chicken, greasy chicken....I don't know what chicken! Where's the beef? Where's the Pork? Oh well...I load up...on chicken. We sit down and I start to eat, waitress comes by and I stop her.
Steve - "ah excuse me miss"
waitress - "yes"
Steve - "Is this monkey?"
waitress - "no it chicken."
Steve - "I know it said chicken but it doesn't taste like chicken, it taste like monkey."
waitress - "no no it chicken."
Steve - "I know monkey when I taste monkey and this is monkey."
waitress - "no it chicken."
Steve - "Listen I'm not complaining, it's good monkey. I've had monkey before and this is the best monkey I have ever had."
waitress - "you go now!"
Steve - "Excuse me?"
waitress - "You go now!"
Steve - "but we just sat down."
waitress - "I don't care, you go now."
Steve - "Can I finish?"
waitress - "we all out a food, you go now!"
Steve - "can I take some to go?"
waitress - "we all out, you go now!"
Wow! So we finished and we were ushered out the door. Standing in the parking lot, I'm laughing, my wife is calling me a dickhead
Hey McDonalds! Wake Up!
Do you remember the old commercial, "...two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes on a sesame seed bun...." or "Special orders don't upset us..." Remember that old McDonalds commercial? Well let me tell you....special orders do upset them!
I travel a great deal for a living and the unfortunate part about that is I do pull in to fast food joint a lot for a grab and go sandwich of some sort. Now I am not ashamed to say that McDonalds is probably the fast food restaurant that I do stop at the most. Been doing this for years. anyone that knows me knows I do not like a lot of garbage on my burgers and sandwiches. Basic meat bacon and cheese or just a plain hamburger or a fish sandwich with NO tartar. I like to put my own condiments on my burger. Perhaps ketchup or maybe I go all out and put some mayo on my burger. Now the part that pisses me off is that it doesn't matter if I am in a drive through or at the counter, here is the typical conversation:
Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee: "Welcome to McDonalds sir may I take your order?"
Stephen Williams: "Yes, I'd like two plain Big Macs, nothing on them and a large Diet Coke."
Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee: (Staring at me is disbelief) "So that is umm two plain Big Macs and a large Diet Coke. (calls over to Lori to find out how she puts that into the computer. Lori looks at me in total disbelief as well.)...ok got it.....umm would you like fries with that?
Stephen Williams: "No thank you."
Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee: (Bewildered and wide eyed) "Will that be for here or to go?"
Stephen Williams: "To go please."
Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee: "That will be $7.24 please."
I pay and she puts my receipts to the side and turns to the cooks who are asking her again...."Nothing on these Big Macs?" Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee shakes her head and shrugs and the dude cooking slaps my sandwiches together mumbling something about me being a total tard and slides them down the stainless shoot into the waiting arms of Minimum Wage McDonalds Employee, who promptly puts them in the bag and hands it to me telling me to have a nice day.
I grab two ketchups on the way out. If you remember, I am into putting my own condiments on my burgers. One ketchup for each burger.
I get in the car and start driving down the road, tearing open the ketchup packet and open my burger......WTF? Cheese? Who the hell asked for cheese? Plain in my book means PLAIN! Nothing on it! Plain in McDonalds Land means....Burger with CHEESE! For some it even means a little onion between the cheese and burger! Just this last week when I stopped Eau Claire, WI, it was a five minute discussion between the line cook and the clerk and guess what? I got cheese!
I challenge you to test my theory. Try it out. Out of probably the 100 times I have done this, only once, maybe twice, the clerk will ask, "Cheese or No Cheese?" With a relief, I reply, "No Cheese". I kid you not. This has been an ongoing joke with my friends who will be with me and witness this for themselves. I promise to have a video camera sometime so that you too will witness this phenom.
Let's not get me started on the Filet-O-fish sandwiches. How can you not get the bun straight on the damn sandwich? I am not kidding, every Filet-O-Fish I order, the fish is half way off the sandwich with the cheese melted to the bun and I have to tear my bun apart to get everything lined up so I can eat it! This is no joke and some of you out there know what I am talking about! The secret video cam is coming out and going to record this for you to view here. Take me up on this challenge and see for yourself. It's hilarious! 
This is how my Filet-O-Fish should look! I will post a photo of the next one to compare!
Time to get it right McDonalds! Special orders do upset them...or at least confuse them.
